We have a No Reject Guarantee

DeckIf you get a spindle that YOU think is a reject, please call us and we will send a replacement at no additional charge to you.  We are confident that your customers will be thrilled with the quality and selection of styles and designs we offer.

The wood you are receiving is dry and should be protected immediately before or after installation.  S&L Spindles will not warranty any products that are not protected from sun or rain with paint, weather resistant stain, or clear coat.

General Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. All items require prior authorization from us before they can be returned. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Items being returned due to a customer error in ordering or handling will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charge. You should expect to receive your refund upon receipt of the product in our distribution center; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we've received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
